With our staff in charge you will see a lot quicker action and response on tickets which will result in better server uptime. We are currently working through the servers to audit them and see what we can do to improve performance. Right now we are also checking them over to see about adding an additional 6GB of ram. So far the servers have been pretty stable since our take over in general, have you had any problems? If so feel free to email ben@apthost.com and I'd be happy to help.
