So how do I upgrade?
Please open a billing ticket with the following information:
1. Agree to the set up fee ($25) and additional monthly fee.
2. Confirm a 4 hour time frame that we may bring your server down to perform the upgrade:
12:00 am - 3:59 am
4:00 am - 7:59 am
8:00 am - 11:59 am
12:00 pm - 3:59 pm
4:00 pm - 7:59 pm
8:00 pm - 11:59 pm

Please schedule this for any day during the specified window above and we will then update you on the exact date the maintenance will occur.
