There are two ways to view your open tickets, please read below for further instructions.

1. Auto-Login Links in Email
A. Submit a Ticket .
B. Check your email for an auto-responder message.
C. In the Email will be a link which will automatically log you into our Support Center to reply and view any open tickets.
Additionally a link will be available in the bottom of all staff responses which will allow you to login and check the status of the ticket directly from our Support Center.


2. View Open tickets in the Client Portal
A. Login to our Client Portal at http://clients.apthost.com/
B. Once logged in, click on 'Support Center' to view any and all open tickets.
